New age technology
Our innovative technology collects performance statistics and relays it in real-time to our coaches, this allows us to track you personally while you’re working out. We also have one-on-one consults with you as part of your membership to test your stats and ensure you are progressing. This is pivotal in helping you improve and achieve your goals. We also have our own app which makes it easier to plan and book your classes for the week. Simply turn up and put yourself in our specialty coach’s hands.

The Gym
Facilities Fitness - Indoor Facilities Fitness offers a huge range of classes in the heart of Newstead. The Majority of our session will start and finish at Facilities Indoor, what happens throughout the session; you will have to join in to find out! Members can access classes and obtain profession fitness advice ranging from 5:15am to 8:30pm.

The Turf
Hit the turf as part of your warm up, finisher or outdoor session. The Huge AstroTurf component of Facilities is utilized for many of our sessions, this area allows us to crawl, pull sleds, slam ropes and so much more. After all, all athletes train on Astroturf!

The right formula for results
At Facilities, we do things differently. Our highly trained coaches deliver specific programs in 16 week blocks to maximise results across functionality, fitness, strength, mobility and performance. We offer a unique, well-balanced range of group classes to give you the right combination of high-intensity and low-intensity workouts. Integration of injury prevention & rehabilitation into our low intensity classes ensures we are developing well balanced bodies. Our classes have a really fun, upbeat, group atmosphere where everyone receives personal attention. With over 18 classes to choose from and each day, we concentrate on a different body group to ensure even training focus.

The Track
Our 20 Metre Shuttle track is often used by our coaches to dynamically warm you up for the session you are about to complete. Whether you are lunging, running or carrying weight, ‘The Track’ is perfect at releasing your inner competive side!

The Program
Don’t get bored of doing the same session every week! The Purpose of our Program is to achieve results. Whatever your goals are The Facilities Training Program will help you achieve one session at a time. The Program is designed to make you Strong, starting at the CORE. Without your core, let’s be honest your body doesn’t function!

approach to health and fitness, with perfect form in all exercises being imperative to him and all Facilities
