Facilities is Brisbane’s very own athletic based studio aimed towards every single people wanting to achieve great results. Sessions are team based, fun, sweat involved and based on obtaining great health and fitness results. Whether you are a professional athlete or just want train as one would, Facilities goal is to make every workout enjoyable, challenging and a personal breakthrough making you strive to achieve lifelong goals. OTHER CLASSES


Yoga - Vinyasa Flow

And Breathe! Part of The Facilities Recovery Program our Athletes complete a minimum of 1 Stretching/Yoga Class per week to ensure their bodies are in perfect condition for the weeks training ahead! This Yoga Session is a dynamic practice of connecting mindful breath with movement. This class allows you to gain and challenge flexibility safely as you move through a series of standing poses, seated poses, balances, inversions & more.

Yoga - Power

Who said Yoga was easy? Part of The Facilities Recovery Program our Athletes complete a minimum of 1 Stretching/Yoga Class per week to ensure their bodies are in perfect condition for the weeks training ahead!   Challenge yourself to a more vigorous, fitness-based style of yoga. Emphasising strength, flexibility, detoxification, balance and stamina, each class consists of challenging sequences of athletic movements performed with focus and intention.

Pilates

Part of The Facilities Recovery Program, Pilates is crucial in every athlete's Training Program.   A mat, a band, gravity & you. This is all you will need to perform a series of floor exercises to condition the deeper, supporting muscles of your body to improve posture, balance and coordination. With a focus on the breath and flow, this program also relieves stress and soothes aches and pains.   Remember, we are all athlete's!

Roll and Release

Exclusive to Facilities! Foam Rolling is part of our Recovery Program and is often implemented into a number of our classes to help with cool downs! Learn how to use your Foam Roller Right with one of our Muscular Experts!   Time to roll & release your muscles. The foam roll class is set to loosen up the connective tissues increasing muscle flexibility and aiding in recovery. You will learn a variety of different ways to use the foam roller, identifying trigger points to release tension. This class also restores heart rate and blood pressure levels after an intense workout.

Stretch it Out

Sore? Tight? Or have you got an upcoming competition or event you are preparing for? Let's STRETCH IT OUT!    Focusing on recovery, motion and flexibility, Stretch concentrates on both static and dynamic stretching movements for the body. Facilities Stretch utilises various Physio recommended techniques to enhance your stretching program.
